Misha is a skilled engagement and research professional, with particular expertise in property-related matters.
Misha has been involved in investigating and explaining why and how things happen for more than 25 years. With a background in consumer and market research she enjoys being able to see the big picture as well as understanding human behaviour and the motivating factors behind this. She has experience in a range of methodologies designed to engage and understand hard to reach and diverse participant populations. She also has a keen interest in understanding people and translating complex thoughts and feelings from divergent groups into easy-to-understand outcomes.
She has worked across a broad spectrum of industries with extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She is also an experienced facilitator, presenter and interviewer.
For the last 15 years, her area of expertise has been focused on capital works, property and land development. Prior to this she was involved in major projects regarding tourism, transport, health and a range of other industries.
Misha has been involved in a range of projects of high strategic value, involving multiple phases and complex methodologies for local governments, state government and commercial organisations across various regional and metropolitan locations.
