Strategic Counsel - Planning

A geographer and urban planner, Murray works at the forefront of shaping strategic and enduring planning outcomes for challenging high profile projects – such as transitioning industrial and rural residential land into a contemporary transit oriented development, delivering economic development strategies that identify tangible growth levers and resolving complex technical issues – from retail expansions to strategic public infrastructure delivery.

Murray specialises in untangling difficult issues through bespoke yet logical methods and a no nonsense approach, balancing the expectations of clients, stakeholders and decision makers. He has used his blend of experience, skills and innovative thinking to deliver great outcomes for transport focussed and other public infrastructure projects in Perth and Peel and in regional areas across WA.
