Dylan is a skilled Town Planner and Bushfire Practitioner, having worked within the private sector for the past 8 years. He has contributed to a variety of complex and challenging projects across the commercial, residential, industrial and mining sectors. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the preparation and coordination of development and subdivision applications, due diligence investigations, feasibility studies and State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) representation.
Dylan is also a Level 2 Bushfire Planning and Design (BPAD) Practitioner accredited through the Fire Protection Association Australia with experience in preparing Bushfire Attack Level Assessments and Bushfire Management Plans for a variety of projects across Western Australia. Dylan’s multidisciplinary background enables him to effectively navigate the complexities of Western Australia’s planning and bushfire statutory framework.
