Associate - Planning

Renee has more than 20 years’ experience in planning, advising on project positioning, due diligence, approval strategies and development applications. She has worked for leading specialist practices across Australia, which has given her a detailed understanding of regulatory frameworks and development scenarios across the urban planning spectrum.

Renee has particular expertise in land-use and statutory planning, urban infill and extractive industry projects. She liaises with private developers and public authorities to gain preliminary approvals and amend planning schemes and legislation. This expertise has resulted in Renee successfully managing numerous world-class redevelopment projects.
