As element’s first appointed Chief Executive Officer, James brings to the team strong design and systems thinking background with extensive leadership experience across complex operating, stakeholder and regulatory environments.

James has advised and led corporate strategy, innovation and investment management for organisations, governments and communities across the APAC region delivering significant corporate and social outcomes.

During his time with element, James aims to drive continued growth and value for element’s clients and partners through leveraging the diverse skills and depth of experience of element’s team and embrace the opportunities of future economic and social change.
