As element’s first appointed Chief Financial Officer, Ivan brings a wealth of finance leadership experience to his role overseeing element’s financial management. Ivan started his career in professional services and consulting and then gained extensive experience working in senior finance roles in global businesses, spending time working in Australia, Ireland, London and New York.

Ivan has built extensive knowledge in strategic and financial planning, commercial deal evaluation, capital management and stakeholder engagement across a wide range of markets and regulatory complexities. As part of element’s senior leadership team Ivan will leverage his skills and experience to help ensure element is well positioned for its next phase of growth as we continue to unlock the diverse knowledge and experience of element’s team to support our clients and partners as they develop and evolve.
