Karri Valley caravan park offers a range of powered and ensuite sites. Situated within a beautiful national park and near copious wider attractions of SW WA. The new caravan park is less than a 20-minute walk from the traditional Karri Valley resort facilities.

It has a modern camp kitchen, BBQ facilities, large recreation room, tennis court, BMX track and nature playground to enjoy. These were designed by Emily Parsons while she was at LD Total who also installed the landscaping.

element navigated the application through the design review process and prepared a comprehensive concept and application to support the 145 caravan and 70 camp sites. element assisted in the design solution, securing development approvals and clearance of planning conditions through the Shire and referral government agencies.
