Marisa Santosa

Senior Graphic Designer

Marisa’s graphic design style underpins all aspects of element’s work, and is always on show. She is charged with the task of creating attractive and engaging design that captures the core essence of each place and project. Using clever graphics and bespoke iconography, she navigates the best way to visually communicate the most important concepts in planning, urban design and place strategies.

She finds design inspiration in daily life – from classic Dieter Rams through to a well packaged product on a supermarket shelf and is particularly drawn to the work of Australian artist Ken Done and digital print artist Camille Walala.

With experience across corporate, art and design sectors, Marisa’s fresh approach, attention to detail and ability to remain calm under deadline pressure is always valued by colleagues and clients.
