Tegan Patrucco

Senior Consultant - Arts & Culture

Tegan has ten years of arts management experience, spanning the not-for-profit, local government and private sectors. Through her work across regional and metro Western Australia, she has a strong understanding of the multifaceted and unique arts and cultural needs of communities and is passionate about developing strong, actionable policy and strategy.

In 2020 Tegan joined the Arts and Culture team at element, and has since led a range of strategy, public art procurement, and sector capacity-building projects. Tegan is experienced in working with and engaging diverse stakeholder groups to realise the value and potential of strong local arts sectors and best-practice public art. Through her previous roles as Arts Officer at the City of Vincent, and Regional Arts Development Officer at Regional Arts WA, Tegan has a broad perspective of the complex arts and culture sector and develops creative solutions with positive outcomes across stakeholder groups.  

Tegan has strong ongoing involvement in the arts community, and is a current Board Director at the Perth International Jazz Festival and Revelation Perth International Film Festival.
