Principal - Property Economics

Kim is an accomplished property economist with 16 years of global real estate and management consulting experience. She has substantial professional experience in all aspects of both business and real estate lifecycles with a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, industrial as well as noncore asset classes.

Throughout her career she has lead top-tier real estate consulting teams and has worked alongside a variety of multi-national developers, governments and investment groups assisting them to assure the commercial and investment competitiveness of their projects and investments.

In addition to finely honed financial and analytical skills, and strategic insight, she has a keen understanding of the design process and a creative aptitude.  Her ability to bridge the gap between disciplines by aligning creative, analytical, and technical expertise has brought significant value to numerous engagements by ensuring that projects are developed and delivered based on strategies that respond to the market, attract financing, and enable implementation.
