Hayley Sellman

Consultant - Engagement

Hayley has joined element from a human geography and urban design background where her skills strongly lie with research, data collection, analysis and report writing.
In her previous role as a Research Officer at the Committee for Perth, Hayley co-authored their ninth FACTBase Special Report: Perth as a region of 2 million which involved collecting, synthesising and mapping key demographic data from Greater Perth, Greater Melbourne, Greater Sydney and Greater Brisbane metropolitan regions to comparatively understand past, current and future trends of Perth’s regional growth. Therefore, her approach to engagement is highly analytical and focussed on data capture, social assessment, and demographic analysis.

Hayley enjoys giving the community a voice in order to create more sustainable development that is championed by the current locals and future generations to come. She believes in activating the community and key stakeholders in fresh and creative ways to generate meaningful outcomes for all parties.
