Tourism Destination Strategy

CITY OF ARMADALE | Armadale, WA

THE
PLACE

The Armadale region extends across the coastal plains, foothills and the pristine Perth Hills, and is experiencing rapid transformation and considerable population growth. With just a train ride or 30 minute drive from the Perth city centre, the region provides an active and beautiful urban city centre for visitors, residents and workers alike.

Some of Perth’s finest natural and urban assets are within the area, but its tourism products and experiences need to diversify and grow in order to improve visitation and community vitality, as well as assist in sustaining the local economy for the region’s future.
