The Project

The Engagement Team at element was appointed by Megara to conduct a needs analysis to inform a place plan to help guide the project in its quest to build a sustainable development, which serves the North Fremantle community into the future. This process involved upfront social research, on the ground observations and stakeholder consultation during the process to gauge the community needs. Determining a range of community needs provided the place plan with robust social research evidence to shape the place principles of the project.
