Liv Apartments Community Development Plan

DEFENCE HOUSING AUSTRALIA | Fremantle, WA

THE
PLACE

Situated at the gateway to Fremantle, Liv is a contemporary and affordable development under construction in Fremantle’s emerging East End. Fronting Queen Victoria Street and Quarry Street, the high amenity location is only a short distance from Fremantle’s iconic shops, restaurants and Fishing Boat Harbour precinct. The development is a catalyst for revitalisation of the ‘new Freo’– a rapidly developing new precinct anchored by quality heritage development and in close proximity to a range of local amenity. It has been developed in line with One Planet Living (OPL) principles – ensuring health, equity, culture, transport, economic and sustainability implications are all considered in equal measure.
