The Project

Located in the Mosman Park Town Centre, the subject site is bound by Glyde Street to the north and Waite Lane to the south. It is a strategic site, only a few minutes from Fremantle and is well serviced by public transport with proximity to the Mosman Park Train Station and bus services along Stirling Highway. The area was fairly recently up-coded as part of the Mosman Park Scheme Review and this is only the second new development of height in the Precinct. The proposal comprised 54 residential apartments, with active ground floor uses such as a restaurant/café, shop and medical centre tenancies.

Our Role

element was appointed to provide statutory planning advice and manage the development application process through the JDAP, to assist in exceeding Parcel Property and Plus Architects development aspirations for the site. This included liaison with key stakeholders and the consultant team to negotiate desired project outcomes of including obtaining development approval for a 9-storey development site where a 6-storey height is permitted.
