Bishops See

HAWAIIAN AND BROOKFIELD MULTIPLEX | Perth, WA

THE
PLACE

Situated on the landmark corner of St Georges Terrace and Mount Street, Bishops See is one of Perth’s most significant commercial assets. The heritage listed site, which is home to the iconic Bishops See Gardens, along with two heritage-listed buildings, offers unsurpassed views of the Swan River, Kings Park and Parliament House. It comprises a south tower of nine levels and a proposed north tower of a larger 27-storey building. Anchor tenants include KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Worley Parsons and Hawaiian.

OUR
ROLE

element secured development approval for development of the constructed south tower which retains the existing Bishop’s House and Gardens and St George’s House, as well as for the proposed 27-storey north tower.

OUTCOMES

The development is an exemplary example of modern architecture and heritage conservation, anchoring the west end of Perth’s CBD. The proposed future development at Bishops See will add a new dimension to the culturally and socially significant site, with planning approval future-proofing the link between the site’s heritage assets and contemporary commercial development.
