Leigh is one of element’s most accomplished Senior Consultants and has worked to secure a wide range of development approvals across key sectors including health, industrial, aged care and retirement living.
His previous experience working in the mapping and surveying industry, complements his current role as one of element’s senior planners involved in a range of strategic and statutory planning projects. He has a diverse skillset that encompasses graphic production, subdivision design, due diligence, research, and statutory approvals. He has successfully worked as part of multidisciplinary project teams, on a range of government and private sector land development, and revitalisation projects.
Leigh’s interest in aviation and commercial pilot qualification enabled particularly unique insight during development of the Future Perth Airports Technical Study – a strategic, regionally significant project that has informed the long term planning for Perth and Peel regions.
