Cale is a motivated and enthusiastic planner and urban designer with a willingness to meet new challenges and tackle them head on. He has assisted in various projects utilising his planning and urban design knowledge and has become a useful resource with his skills in multiple design software tools. In developing his professional skillset and knowledge in planning for bushfire risk, Cale is currently working towards his Bal Assessor (Level 1) accreditation with an anticipated completion date in Q1 2024.
